Dont know how different it is in the states than here in the uk, but the uk law seems to be about "when taken as a whole" its "likley to corrupt or depraive". I dont personally think this material would pass that test as the person ordering the video knew what he was getting. broadcast it on mainstream tv and then you have a problem.
I find this material to be sick and twisted, but as long as the customer knows in advance how bad it is... now if they hid what was truly on the dvd or tape, they deserve what they get. otherwise let them get on it.
