See, this kind of shit doesn't ever happen in America. You know why? Because U.S. cops would laugh for 20 minutes, call their friends to bring video cameras to the scene, record the crazy son of a bitch, send the tape to Americas Funniest Videos....and then, and only then...they would finally call for medical help.
And as for the guy being sent to the hospital for "head injuries"....oh shit, make up your own joke on that one...it's just too damn easy.
