I'm one of those who slaves at the machine. Question is, have any of you tried nutrasystem? I know several around here who have and lost massive amounts of weight with it, but these people have everyday "normal" jobs where they have to get up at normal hours of the day, shower, dress, go to their car, walk at their jobs at some point or most of the day; basically get more excercise than we do...so I'm curious if anyone in the same boat as me has tried nutrasystem yet? I'm going to order it next week and see for myself but feedback would be great.

Thanks!

starving yourself is starving yourself (losing weight solely via calorie deprivation)... it doesn't matter what "diet" you choose to do it.

the only healthy choice is to get your diet under control, plan your meals and exercise.

its hard. i'm just as bad as anyone.. sometimes i work 20hrs a day. sometimes 48 without stopping. as you know, its very easy to eat shit food along the way. being a webmaster, is not a lifestyle conducive to good health unless you make it that way. I have been slacking the last 6 months, but i now make time to get exercise, go for walks, eat right, lift weights, play racquetball and eat well.

you can lose weight any way you want... unless you make changes in your lifestyle, its only going to be temporary.
