What forced me to start eating better is finding out I have celiac disease. I had to stop eating anything containing gluten or else end up wearing a shit bag one day. That means no cookies, no donuts, no pizza, no fast food, no fried food, etc. It's comically tragic because I'm about to marry an award-winning pastry chef.

Now I'm having smoothies for breakfast instead of pop-tarts and snacking on dates intead of sweets. So yeah, pretend you have this crap. Maybe that'll be the next fad diet.
