So, a nice majority of us I'm sure either a) work from home in our offices or b) work in our offices for most of the day (or for the lucky several, for an hour on a good day
), but for those who slave at their machines for the better half of the day, I'm sure you've either put some extra weight on, or had a weight issue present before any of this webmaster work came along. I'm one of those who slaves at the machine.
Question is, have any of you tried nutrasystem? I know several around here who have and lost massive amounts of weight with it, but these people have everyday "normal" jobs where they have to get up at normal hours of the day, shower, dress, go to their car, walk at their jobs at some point or most of the day; basically get more excercise than we do...so I'm curious if anyone in the same boat as me has tried nutrasystem yet? I'm going to order it next week and see for myself but feedback would be great.
