The way I figure it, if they're so desperate to sell that traffic, then the site itself likely converts like shit, does not retain or rebill.. Of course they're offering you higher payouts for the with consoles traffic, because deep down they know the surfer will not join their site, but will click something or buy something from the exit consoles
