Not neccessarily... the prostate is essentially the g-spot in the female, and stimulation of the prostate can cause INTENSE orgasms (what do you think gets stimulated when gay guys hump?). It's also another myth that a man has to have a hardon to orgasm. Orgasm also does NOT have to mean ejactulation (or even come with an erection) for a man.
