I thought Epassporte was easy to use....

.....but not to start with!
Since 31 august I am already busy to get my account.
That date I sent al my document to verify my crdit card details.
They needed that details ,because I signed up from Italy and my credit card is from The Netherlands.
Every day I have contact with Michael on ICQ to ask him when my account will be ready.
But till now I receive everytime the same answers: I have to check,It will be today,I will push them....and so on...
Yesterday I had also contact with him and this is what he said:

The issue is that your card is from a different country than you are located in.

At the end he went away without saying anything,and still don't know when account will be fine.
Now I saw already many topics about Epassporte,but is this normal.
Whay should you do in this case?
Epassporte and Michael,please take care of your clients and don't let them wait almost two weeks to verify an account!
