Just got into the office and the phone rang... it was a close law agency friend in the US and who said an aircraft hit one of the towers. Told her to get off drugs - never thought it was serious.... but, she kept insisting I check TV - and sadly it was true.

After the second hit, the question was how many more there could be and where - by that time it was obviously not an aircraft "accident".
