I swear, someone should be put to death over this.

I showed up at CiCis Pizza today at 11 AM (they open then) ready to get the first pizzas that roll off the line... and when I get there... the door is locked. The manager guy comes out, sees my look of dispair and explains the city was working on a water main down the street and cut thier water off with a mistake.

Someone deserves to die for this.
