Every host has issues. The determining factor in my mind on whether or not the host is a solid company or not is how they handle their problems.
Customers should always be informed of any issues asap. They do not deserve to be paid lip service after the fact.
That said, Jason seems like a good guy. I KNOW I would be extremely stressed out if something like this happened to me. Thank god I havent had to deal with any nasty situations for a LONG time
