Yeah we really burn our employees...

- I would like to think we pay very decently
- We do staff outings and take people out to lunch very often plus we take staff up to our "shitty cottages" and chalets at least 1-2 a year
- We try to hire from within every opportunity that comes up
- We do profit sharing with our managers
- I give El Camino's away LOL!
- We have free pop and snacks in the lunch room

Things are shitty over here let me tell ya, an absolutely awful place to work.
