I ate NO carbs at all for the first 2 weeks and lost 9lbs.
Ive introduced a small about of carbs in the last week. Maybe 20-40g a day
Im taking chromium picolinate (sp?) and a multi vitamin and getting ready to add green tea to the mix.
This hasnt been hard at all. But I do love meat so that helps
