you can still eat carbs though... the type you can eat are complex carbohydrates, your body needs them for energy. simple carbohydrates are generally foods which are refined (found high on the glycemic index).. eating foods low on the glycemic index particularly during breakfast and/or before any physical activity like exercise is ideal.
