Why choose Whoa though ? All the cool kids on the block host there, the server support is pretty much unbeaten (from what I've seen over the years), the pricing is right and the pipes are fast  They're even gonna get faster very soon 
Ask others about Whoa's rep in this biz and you won't hear anything but good stuff.

As posted in the other thread about cologroup Conxion has been up for over 4 years now 100% (its where Microsoft hosts their downloads) and Rackspace.com has been up for over 2 years now. Both are very expensive though.
Don't say it can't be done because it can -- there are just only a few people that actually do it.
