I can't say that Whoa has never ever been down. There was one downtime a few months ago. That's it. You can't claim 100% uptime about
any hosting company.
Why choose Whoa though ? All the cool kids on the block host there, the server support is pretty much unbeaten (from what I've seen over the years), the pricing is right and the pipes are fast
They're even gonna get faster very soon
Ask others about Whoa's rep in this biz and you won't hear anything but good stuff.
