I kind of know what you're saying but you have to realize too how many times a "newbie" joins and all they do is just make an ass out of themselves and basically make it hard for the new people who are actually trying to use this as a place to network and try and get work.

I just figure if you show that you are actually interested and willing to prove that you know what you are doing in your area then maybe someone will give you a shot. A lot of the people on here know each other and have worked with one another in different ways so you just have to be willing to put in your time and pay your dues so to speak.
