people and companies fuck up all the time, and i am personally pissed at myself for wasting time reading this thread
ePassporte is a very good product, and if I had a $200 problem I would deal with ePassporte directly and strive to work things out
no where have I seen the folks from ePassporte be beligerent in any correspondence here, and I think some people on this board think too much of themselves
In this industry I have been ripped off by so many people to both small and large degrees and not once did any of them try as much as ePassporte has to resolve your issue.
This IMO is just a pile of shit waste of time thread by someone who hasnt a clue on how to resolve a poxy $200 issue without screaming like a baby
