Go to San Jose Mercury News, start reading the business section Everyday.... *Vulture* Capital investments are WAY down. Hell use to be a waiting list (years) for an Sand Hill Road address, now most likly going for 5 bucks a sq. foot and was in the $100.00's if not $1,000.00 per sq. foot. If you want VC money's you better have your shit together....and not just think it but have it. Oh Sand Hill Road is were the big boys are.
