only the head would be fake. Her hair covers every single point at which you could attach the head, so it would be really easy to put that head on another body.
The lighting and tone of the skin matches perfectly though. IF this were a fake image, i would say that theres a better chance of it not being lindsey at all, but a older woman who looks like her at that angle.
