Currently, we have IP space from Cogent, and advertise it to both Savvis and Cogent. So, while we are not the registered owners of our IP block, it is under our control, and we are a true multihomed network.
To check our peering through Savvis, telnet to route-server.savvis.net and run the command "show ip bgp regex 19556" to show paths to our AS (ASN19556, registered with ARIN). Traceroutes from Savvis can be run online at
http://as3561lg.savvis.net/lg.html, and from Cogent at
http://cogentco.com/htdocs/glass.php We're also in the process of adding Verio.
