Your signup suggest creating a new ccBill account first - check out some other ccBill sponsors to see how they roll the new/existing ccBill affiliates into a common screen.

You can use your existing ccbill account. You will just need to sign up to step 2 for ddfcash and then, when you receive your un and pw, enter your ccbill affiliate code into your profile in the affiliates area.
