That is a brown recluse, though its very large, normaly there only the size of a quarter. They live in warm dark areas like attics or boxes you havent moved in a long time. They dont make webs and they actually hunt "chase" their prey at night.

Good news though, they eat other spiders and where you see one Brown Reclue, you wont see more unless its just mated , which in that case, the female (if you see one) carries around a ball on her back about the size of a ping pong ball.
