if you care about weightloss at all i wouldn't advise eating breakfast before you sleep lol. breakfast foods usually contain a lot of carbs, righfully so as they help fuel the beginning portion of your day when you're active.. but when you consume those carbs when you're about to sleep 7-9 hours, those carbs aren't burned since you aren't active.
