Ibuprofen isn't always the best solution for pain and I wouild only use it if the pain is the result of inflamation otherwise I would use Tylenol. A doctor buddy just read a study suggesting Tylenol 3 is no better at relieving pain than regular Tylenol so just get the over the couter extra strength stuff and take a few. I'm sure you're gonna have to swallow them all day considering the pain you're in though so don't expect to get a lot of work done.
