Just mix all the OTC PKs up until you get Tylenol 3... Aspirin, Ibu, Nyquil (tylenol).... usually works heh. Take maximum dose recommended, but if it doesn't work obviously don't take anymore because more of it does nothing. With those OTCs it either works w/ the recommended dose or doesn't... opiates on the other hand...
