I only hope that I get to see 1/10 of what this guy has seen in my lifetime.

From the little time I?ve spent on the face of this rock I?m amazed by humanity?s resourcefulness and our ingenuity. Unfortunately at the same time I have seen humanity?s glutinous nature explode (as evident by the obesity epidemic), and I have seen humans apparently fall into a state of permanent empathetic shock (that is, a lack of empathy towards, among other things, human beings themselves) thanks mainly in part due to our overzealous media networks who thrive on sensationalizing tragedy, rather than focusing on the good things that happen every day.

But most importantly! he got to see Spongebob Squarepants!
