Well, I'm a native spanish speaker, but I don't want to target spanish speaking people. For example, I get the feeling that if I do a TGP in something like tits.com.uy is not going to convert since Uruguay is a small country and not many people spend money on porn anyway.
I'm mostly interested in the domain, not the 'native' crowd it would attract.
I don't know if this has been done or not, but it's a question a I ask myself.
