I've bought and grown them in canada .. yes I know that's not the US , but we have a few million people here
I bought them in the store for $40 ( spores ) and then tripped my ass off for a few months after !
You can sell the spores in canada , I'm unsure of the grow kits tho .. I bought mine as a spore solution
