I don't want some company that's going to make me wait 6 weeks to get a paysite tour done and shit. Sorry, I know some of you guys do GREAT GREAT work, but I got a TON of shit that needs done, and I don't have time to wait.

Ideally I'm looking for a single designer or a small group that I can keep busy.

Paysite designs, banners, etc. etc. etc. BTW: I am Teh BoyAlley, so it should go without saying that you'll need to not freak having to deal with content that is teh gay.
