really? i thought the courts, senate and congress provided oversight. in fact, the courts seem to be succcesfully challenging a few key issues that people like you love to ramble on about. you should be happy to have them because otherwise you would be relegated back to rekindling the fire of class warfare, fighting for higher taxes and claiming everything is racist and unfair.
you suck as a poly sci major. in fact, you dont really seem to understand how the government works at all.
