Jose Padilla was held for THREE fucking years without being charged adn would still not be charged if it was up to the Bush administration. Why don't you read something instead of simple, stupid questions that you should already know the answer to if you're going to yap off in this discussion like you think you actually have something to contribute?

Oh so you are saying he was innocent then right? Or does it make sense that once its a court case information is made public? Information that was being used to track down others involved.
