It depends on who you ask.

Like any hosting company, there are some people who have had a good experience, and some that have had a bad experience.

Give them a try - don't sign a commitment - be prepared to jump ship at a month's notice. Not only is it good for backups, but it's also good to know that if you ever have a problem, there is NO problem.
