The number of Internet Users is expected to surpass 1 Billion sometime in the year 2005. (about 1 out of every 6 persons will be surfing the Net by then.)

That's one thing we all have to look forward to. Works out to about 400,000 new potential customers per day for the next 36 months.

Here are the current estimates in 2002.

Total Internet Users Worldwide - 580.78 million

Europe - 185.83 million

USA & Canada - 182.67 million

Asia/Pacific - 167.86 million

Latin America - 32.99 million

Africa - 6.31 million

Middle East 5.12 million
Those numbers are great, but it's too bad that most of the new users are going to be from countries that either don't have credit cards or are too poor to pay for porn.

Asia is where most of the growth will come from (especially China and India).
