I don't often find myself agreeing with Dark Jedi about anything, but in this case he is pretty much correct. The true definition of "pedophilia" has to do with one having a sexual affinity for pre-pubescent children, which means around the age of 12 and younger.
It's just easier for people to toss the word "pedo" around even for underage minors 13-17, but it's not accurate.
Is it right that older guys are slathering over underaged girls? Of course not. But if the models are all 18+ and there are docs to prove it, then the only issue is if the authorities want to argue over her "appearing to be underage".
I'm not up on what exactly that law (if it exists) entails in the USA. (or Canada for that matter). I think I did hear a while back that they (the US gov't) was trying to create a law where they could go after such sites that blatantly make up their 18+ models to look younger and sexualize them on adult sites, non-nude included. But I don't know if it went into effect yet.
