Welcome to my world! been going through this shit with programmers for 10 years! Almost had a stroke screaming at one of them over the phone lol! Now I just have a more relaxed attitude about it! the bottom line is to call them about 4-5 times a day! bug them so much that they just get it done so they don't hear from you.
