I need a program that will watermark .wmv's.
Hopefully a LOT faster than re-rendering them.

What I need is a static image in the beginning --> fade to movie --> .png watermark throughout the video --> fade to static image in the end.

Doesn't have to be free, although free's better..or if someone can tell me how to do that in vegas video without re-rendering the whole clip.
