Personally, I think
http://dieselaction.com has the most creative adult site I've seen in a long time. The layout and design is excellent. The horizontal scrolling is clever, and it still manages to deliver the message to the viewer.
To the guys at dieselaction: whoever (one person or a team) did this site was worth every penny.
