Anyways, yes LLC would be a good way to organize your biz. I assume that you are planning this for the liability aspect. Am sure you know that this serves as a shield in your favor since this set up treats you and your company as 2 separate entities. Which means that any liability or legal problems you may encounter does not affect your own personnal assets. However, this is not full proof. You must remember that this shield can still be pierced depending on how good your opposing counsel presents his case.
I normally advice my client to try it out first without necessarily legalizing the biz. Alot of people are doing this biz via computer, I dont think you will have a problem if you operate for the meantime without permits and all.Except if am wrong and you intend to have on the on set 5 or more staff to work for you,in an office right in the heart of the business district.
If your not, just go do it first,you will be okey for now
