The surfer gets his CC out for your content and keeps shelling out because of it.
Unseen, me, Aaron, etc. may be idiots but that makes no difference to the surfer. Buy because it makes you money.
As for the thread, been smoking it since 1966. They (the "establishment") have always been coming up with thin excuses that it is harmful. Like they really care, cigarettes and alcohol kill 100,000s every year and what do they do? Ban advertising? Only partly. Make them put a large health warning on the ads/packets? Not while they are giving money to politicians.
Don't play their game.
