I don't think they resolved there differences since we're seeing splats of the dispute apparently here and now.

I look at things this way, until I see otherwise if I see the releases and all the documents and things look legit, I'm good to go. If a dispute arises, you see what the core of it is and work things out with all the parties to everyone's satisfaction as best as you can. Some disputes go on for years in this business.

I remember in the very early days of the Net we used to post our pictures on the Newsgroups with 900 numbers embedded in the pics. Totally free pics and yet for about a year I had this girl who would watch for everytime I posted a pic and she would send me this enormous email about using Newsgroups for commercial purposes was illegal and the Net was designed for non commercial use only. This girl was a total nut job about all the porn guys starting to exploit the marketing ops with this naturally perfect medium. She would post in the newsgroups total bs and crap that my guys would be charged hundreds of dollars on their phone bills if they called the 900 numbers and that 900 numbers were a big scam and the girls were all fat pigs they would talk to on the phone and not really look anything like the girls in the pics.
Finally got a good libel case on her and she went away.
