Hey... sorry to bump this - only just got back.
It's a Philips Pronto Pro, you can pick it up online for around $700. Although in the UK (where I am), it's more like $1k, unfortunately!
The 'like to feel the buttons rather than look for them' thing is all very well (there are 9 'hard' buttons for common functions like volume, channels etc), but to fit all your devices and design your own interface for them, it's the only thing that quite takes it, at the lower end of the 'professional' range of remotes. Of course, there are better but those are more suited to entire houses kitted out with home automation stuff.
When I got it, I was a hopeless nerd and spent around 3 days getting it just right, to control everything (including lights/ceiling fans etc) and look nice. I even built in a couple of Easter eggs. Hoho. Seriously though, you may well be better off buying an ipaq and using infra red software or something. I bought it when I had far too much money and didn't worry about tax bills ;)
