I didn't even know Michael Sykora wasn't in the NHL anymore. Is he back in the Czech Republic?

Is Petr Sykora his brother or what? I haven't paid much attention yet to the NHL so i haven't see if Sykora is putting up any points.

You sound as if income tax is alien to you.......there are no taxes in Czech Rep?

People pay TONS of taxes in North America. In top income brackets 50%, that's why we have lots of sneaky accountants who find ways for us to pay less taxes. Not only income taxes either, sales taxes, state income taxes, realty taxes........people basically work more than half the year just to pay taxes.

i'm sure it's the same in your country. what is the standard of living for the average Czech?
