Korea seems to always be the source of hacking. I can still recall a particular Korean password trading site that caused a lot of people problems.

Well, whatever but the Chinese seem fascinated by the whole shame/traditional girl gone bad thing. In Cantonese the expression is Say Noy Bao which is sort of like "Death Daughter". I think part of selling to the Chinese will be culture specific marketing.

Those narrower and more tightly focussed niches are becoming ever more important, and I think that idea would make for a huge site - with Western guys, too, of course.
