i bought trillian a year ago or so, but their support has become absolute shit and there are major problems with AIM.
Someone suggested miranda to me but it's useless if it doesn't download the names from servers. I'm seeing hundreds of UINs, people are messaging me and I have no idea who they are so I can't respond.
