Yeah, in 199x, again, when I was Concentric/XO. For a colo site with about 100 boxes and a few ISDNs.. oh how I hated the Pipes. ASN2828. 6509 isn't as impressive as it used to be. It's a big underpowered, overvolted fridge. Might as well be a fucking VAX. Who cares? Stop trying to impress the idiots with shit virtually anyone who's at a colo has managed for them.
Disclaimer: No, I don't believe Tear2 handles their own routing, they "outsource" that. It's much cheaper than having staff on call. I know, I used to be one.
