What you walked me through works perfect when you are only resizing but when you are doing other process to the batch like adding a watermark and so forth, it does not work the same way.

if you want to do both at the same time i'd recommend
www.thumbnailer.com - super fast, the resizing works the same way and you can add text and a pic watermark at the same time - even through subdirectories
