Funny thing is, the idea came from a friend who is a chartered accountant. Maybe him and his 7 years of school should be restrained.

Yep exactly, it's not all black & white because you can find loopholes that will benefit you. I do have a meeting with my accountant as I said before. I'm just curious to hear what other people have done to get away with it. I don't want to leave up all the thinking to my accountant, who may miss an oppurtunity.
