You must be right given none of the NATs programs I promote... approx 15... have mininmums above $50... The majority of programs are $50, $25 or $0 and the ones that do happen to go up to $100 have more than half a dozen sites (or even 20+ sites) one can promote...

Interesting.. Except that most businesses try and leverage their money by earning interest via xfrs into interest earning accounts or other things.. In addition to that, You'll be spending that money on more content etc., thus using affiliate money to invest in your busines...

I'm not implying anything, I'm stating a reality of this business. My entire point of saying anything at all was to let you know that $100 is going to turn a lot of affiliates off and thus make your business less successful... I really don't understand why anyone would put arbitrary speed bumps in the way of their own success, especially with a fledgling program trying to get itself going.
But I know nothing and as I said before.. Good luck with that..
