Im looking to build mainstream sites. What i need is something that builds full functional sites from pre existing templates with menus, site map etc. and lets me download them for editing.
The problem im finding with everyone i tested is they dont give access to the original template for me to download the entire finished site and make my own changes in dreamweaver.

Hmmm. I don't know of any out there myself. I have some custom stuff I wrote to do that sort of stuff for my sites and my wifes site, but it is not server side, it all runs on the desktop and we upload it.
